Century Stands or more commonly known as “C” stands are the most common type of grip equipment used by the film industry for decades due to their strength and flexibility.
The C-Stand is used for mounting lighting equipment and a variety of light shaping tools and accessories. All Century Stands feature a unique base that is specifically designed with three different leg heights. This allows the user to stack or "nest" the stand feet so that the risers are just a few inches apart for use in close proximity to lights and other gripping equipment or for easy storage.
