This microphone is particularly suitable for on-camera interviews and isolates dialogue even in noisy environments. A mute switch is also present. The new design of the EW-DP is extra handy and portable; both the EW-DP EK digital receiver and the EW-D SK handheld transmitter both work on batteries or the included BA 70 battery pack. This gives the transmitter about 12 hours of use, and the receiver about 7 hours. You can charge the battery via USB-C or connect the receiver to the mains with a compatible mains adapter.   The digital receiver of the EW-DP 835 set is the heart of the kit. With its simple and intuitive interface, it is suitable for both experienced audio engineers and aspiring content creators. With Bluetooth, you can connect the system to Sennheiser’s Smart Assist app, allowing you to control the set via your smartphone. In addition, navigating the menu on the receiver is easy thanks to the OLED display. To get started right away, the set comes with additional adapter cables and a handy magnetic mounting plate, suitable for various configurations with different camera setups.
